Change does not only affect what we do…it affects who we understand ourselves to be.

Throughout my work, I have seen that many people navigate change — in career, leadership, or life — without a clear sense of who they are beyond the roles they occupy.

This often remains hidden during stability.
But during transition, it becomes unavoidable.

My Work

I specialise in the psychology of identity and transition, supporting individuals and organisations navigating:

  • Career change and role transition
  • Leadership development and increased responsibility
  • Institutional and cultural change
  • Major life events such as divorce, bereavement, illness, or injury

My work strengthens transition resilience — the ability to move through change with:
clarity, integrity, confidence, and direction.

A Clear Distinction

This is not life coaching.
This is not therapy.

This is structured psychological work focused on identity.

I help people understand who they are beneath roles, expectations, and pressure — so they can move forward in a way that is aligned and sustainable.

Purpose

To help people live and lead from what is essential, rather than what is expected.

Mission

To support individuals and organisations through transition by:

  • Strengthening self-awareness
  • Restoring agency
  • Enabling clear, congruent decision-making

Vision

A world in which people navigate change with:
clarity, dignity, and self-understanding
remaining grounded in who they are, rather than defined by roles or external expectations.

How I Work

My approach is calm, direct, and psychologically grounded.

I create a space where individuals can think clearly — often for the first time in a long time.

I will ask difficult questions where needed, challenge assumptions, and bring clarity to areas that have remained unclear.

Not to impose answers —
but to help people arrive at their own, with confidence.

What Drives Me

I am motivated by seeing people move from:

  • uncertainty to clarity
  • misalignment to coherence
  • pressure to grounded confidence

Letting go of who they feel they should be
and becoming more fully who they are.

In Simple Terms

I help people understand who they are when life changes —and how to move forward from there.
